• PARADISE_CENTER.jpgSince its official opening on March 28, 2013, Paradise Center has stood out as the most attractive place for commerce and entertainment, with impressive architecture and interior design. In 2018, Paradise Center became part of the NEPI Rockcastle Group. NEPI Rockcastle is a leading owner and operator of shopping centers in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), with a presence in nine countries and an investment portfolio of €5.8 billion as at 31 December 2021.

Paradise Center reflects the essence of Sofia - dynamic, modern, green, growing, preserving the comfort of the traditional urban environment. This is also the largest project of its class in Bulgaria and one of the unique ones in Europe. The concept is based on the synergy between man and nature, embodied both in the project logo and in every detail of the building.

The shopping center sets new standards in the way of spending free time, with the rich range of services and entertainment for all ages – from sports venues, restaurants and cafes to children's centers, cinema halls to the largest and most modern event hall. In order to accommodate the expected number of visitors, the building has been designed with spacious interior and exterior areas.
